Irthlingborough

Councillor Eileen Mander is the current Mayor and has lived in Irthlingborough for 19 years. In 2004 she received the Freedom of the City of London for her work with the youngsters of East London. Eileen is one of the founder members of the Waterloo Drummers & Colour Guard, a recently launched youth project which meets at Huxlow Science College. Cllr Mander's aim is to see improvements to the recreation ground reach fruition during her year as Mayor.
